Welcome to Matthew Bruhin & Associates! We are a boutique mental health firm that specializes in psychotherapy and addiction treatment, as well as other services such as evaluations, in house psychiatrist referral, and endless supportive services. We are San Diego Therapists, Counselors, & Addiction Specialists. We have been serving San Diego for close to a decade, and our staff has many years of mental health experience. We love making a difference in people’s lives and specialize in difficult situations or cases that require the finest in expertise and treatment.

It is apparent that anxiety and substance abuse are all on the rise, which in turn can affect one’s career, family life, and relationships.
