Fees, Insurance & Financing

At Matthew Bruhin & Associates, our goal is to get you, your family, or loved one help as soon as possible and at a price you can afford. We are confident in our abilities to create change, and believe we offer the very best in therapy and counseling services. We accept all PPO insurance and are paneled with many insurance companies. We also provide EAP counseling. Please contact your provider and our front office staff to verify coverage.

In addition to our insurance, we accept all major credit cards and we also offer sliding scale fees with our State registered Interns and licensed staff. We have specific criteria for this scale and this must be arranged prior to the start of clinical services. We always reserve one pro-bono slot (no cost) on our case loads, to help give back to those in need. Please check with us no matter what your need or financial situation. If for some reason we can’t provide you services, we will work to find you help. We have been blessed, and want to be a blessing to you.

In an effort to make care accessible to all of our patients regardless of their financial situation, we’ve partnered with Parasail to find patient‐friendly payment plans that fit their needs.
